Koinonia Community Church
formerly known as
Kapitbahayan Christian Church

     KOINONIA – a Greek word that means “partnership or fellowship”. The word is used frequently in
the New Testament of the Bible to describe the relationship
     within the early Christian church. The first usage of  “koinonia” in the Greek New
     Testament is found in Acts 2:42-47.

      Why change of name?  

• Identification

      Kapitbahayan Christian Church is always been identified as a church situated in Navotas as it was
      derived from the place Kapitbahayan Village where the name was originated. 

• Administrative Reason

• It is one of our concerns to conform of what the Bible says in 1 Peter 2:13-14.

      “Transformed lives of believers through personal encounter with God and nurturing of KCC,
      committed to do the Great Commission of the Lord Jesus Christ as found in Matthew 28:18-20".

      BUT with the

      New Name 
      Same Love 
      Same Passion
