Our Mission and Goals

       Mission

“Bring the Good News to everyone, make disciples for Christ who will serve
as the catalyst of the nation”

1)  NORMA:

- Continuous Partnership with Norwegian Mission Alliance

- Handling of Bible Studies to NMA recipients under Malaya II, Sunog Apog & Gagalangin Areas

- Creating projects that will be beneficial to the community through our church. 

2)  BARANGAY 126 Connection:

- Created an organized program that will effectively win and teach the children
and their parents.
 

3)  PHILIPPINE CHALLENGE:

- Our Pastor serves as Resource Person, helping Pastor Dave White, in conducting the Natural Church Development program

4)  KERUSSO BIBLE MINISTRY:

- Eventually formalize this ministry by instituting a Bible school for people who are interested in studying deeply the Word of God. 

5)  CENTER (Christian Endeavor To ERadicate poverty)… for Literacy & Development:

  • Continue in helping Out-of-School Youth in finishing a secondary education through the Alternative Learning Center program.

-Tutorial Service provided by our professional to help students cope up with their studies.

6)  DOULOS (Bookstore in Ship):

- Our youth is presently under going a discipleship training that will eventually be an effective means as they lead the new young people of the church. 
 

Goals

1)  Membership:

At the end of June 2008, an increase of 50% (at least 37 regular attendees) in  existing church membership (74 members).

2)  Website:

Enhancement of the existing website

3)  Youth Christians in Action (YCIA) Goals:

At the end of 2008, YCIA should be able to: 

  • an increase of 20% of the existing attendance
  • develop/train 10 persons in their skills and will commit in ministry
  • establish a network with 2 organization/churches
4)  Christian Professionals Agenda (CPA) Goals: 

At the end of 2008, YCIA should be able to:
  • an increase of 100% of the existing attendance (7 members)
  • encourage/train the 3 potential leaders of the church
  • establish a network with 2 organization of young professional of other churches
  • Develop the skills of 2 new young professionals that will commit in church ministry

5)  Handle a cell group of at least 5 persons of YCIA or youth. 

6)  KIDS FOR CHRIST:

At the end of 2008, 40% of the learners should be able to pray, memorize and recite memory verses and to be used in the music and dance ministry.
